Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Ukraine We offer standard delivery across Ukraine. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship to selected European countries. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-14 business days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.
